Luo Tiejun, Standing Committee Member and Vice President of China Iron and Steel Association, Shi Hongwei and Feng Chao, Deputy Secretaries-General of China Iron and Steel Association, Wang Bin, Planning and Development Department, and Jiao Xiang, General Department (Finance and Assets Department) accompanied the investigation. At the symposium, Li Maojin extended a warm welcome to Secretary He and his party for their guidance, sincerely thanked China Iron and Steel Industry Association for their care, guidance and support over the years, and introduced in detail the development history, corporate culture, operating results, strategic planning and the development of welded steel pipe industry of Youfa Group. He said that since its establishment, Youfa Group, as a leading enterprise in the welded pipe industry, has always adhered to the business philosophy of "product is character", with the mission of "making employees grow up happily and promoting the healthy development of the industry", and has been deeply involved in the only core business of welded steel pipes for 23 years, leading all Youfa people to make unremitting efforts to make Youfa a respected and happy enterprise.

Subsequently, combined with the current economic situation and industry status, Li Maojin elaborated and put forward specific suggestions on the theme of implementing the concept of green development, expanding steel consumption demand and improving people's livelihood, and promoting high-quality development of the industry, in five aspects: increasing demand of building steel structure, promoting revolution of drinking water pipes, popularizing buckle scaffolding, symbiotic development of industrial chain, and adjusting classification of welded steel pipes. Hope that through the monographic study and industrial planning of China Iron and Steel Association, actively provide detailed policy basis for national reform and development and industrial guidance, and help the steel industry and related steel structures, welded steel pipes and other sub-sectors to move forward steadily along the road of high-quality development.

After listening report, the leaders and experts participated in the survey of China Iron and Steel Association responded positively, thinking that the suggestions were highly practical, keeping a close eye on the needs and practical problems of industrial development, and making supplementary speeches from industrial policies, market trends, demand structure, technology, low-carbon development, innovative research and development, international and domestic standards formulation, cross-disciplinary cooperation with upstream and downstream, etc., and providing professional guidance for Youfa's management and leading the development of welded pipe industry.

At last, He Wenbo made a concluding speech, expressing high appreciation for the development achievements and social contributions made by Youfa Group over the years, and fully affirming Youfa's enterprise responsibility of leading the healthy development of the industry and promoting the harmonious symbiosis of the industrial chain. In response to the theme of this survey, He Wenbo pointed out: First, the opinions and suggestions put forward by everyone have implemented the new development concept very well, conformed to the new needs of the new era, and have a basis, direction and measures, reflecting the importance attached to environmental protection, health, green ecology, improvement of people's livelihood and promotion of high-quality economic and industrial development, which is constructive and practical; Second, China Iron and Steel Association should carefully sort out and organize special research topics on relevant issues and suggestions, such as fluid transportation pipes, direct drinking tap water, etc., to carry out overall research, and find new growth points and identify policy power points from the aspects of comparison between China and foreign countries, changes in demand structure, technological progress and innovation of business models, so as to provide industrial support for sustained and healthy economic growth; Third, in order to further increase the application ratio of steel in the field of steel structure construction, it is necessary not only to reflect the important values such as unlimited recycling of steel in the whole cycle, reducing pollution of construction waste, accelerating renovation of infrastructure, and realizing intensive use of resources and space, but also to promote formation of a social consensus of "keeping steel for the people" from the height of improving steel strategic reserves and safeguarding national security.

Before the meeting, He Wenbo and his party, accompanied by Li Maojin and Chen Guangling, visited  Youfa Steel Pipe Creative Park in AAA national scenic spot, the factory appearance and pipeline technology plastic lining workshop and the Youfa Dezhong 400mm square pipe production workshop, and learned more about the manufacturing technology, production line capacity, environmental protection management, brand quality, product characteristics and application scenarios of Youfa Steel Pipe.
